We are seeking an experienced live-out, full-time Executive Housekeeper for a newly renovated 5,500 square foot private residence located in downtown Seattle (parking is included). This is an exciting opportunity to work for a vibrant, driven young couple who are generous and flexible, with a straight-forward communication style. The residence is exquisite with high end surfaces, furnishings and artwork. Amazing views of the city. We are looking for an energetic, quiet self-starter who will appreciate the beautiful environment. The position will oversee all housekeeping duties, sharing the workload with two part-time housekeepers and reporting to the House Manager/PA. Full-time schedule, M-F with occasional weekend or evening duties. About the Household: 2 Adults. No children or pets. Current Staff: House Manager, 2 contracted PT Housekeepers (Mon-Sat) Home: 5,500 sq ft Responsibilities-- Housekeeping:Hands-on cleaning and organization of residence utilizing a weekly schedule with daily support from contracted housekeepers. Inventory: Maintaining Grocery, Pantry, Amenities and Household supplies Laundry: Meticulous Laundry care Errands: Grocery and various household related tasks Requirements Work Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of high-level housekeeping experience in a private, formal home References: Excellent references from past employers Background/NDA: Pass stringent background checks upon offer of hire, NDA required Compensation Salary: 85-100k DOE + OT Living Accommodations: Live Out Parking: Space provided in parking garage of building PTO/Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + day after Thanksgiving, Dec 25-Jan 1 Health Insurance: Possible stipend Relocation package: Will consider for right candidate Additional Benefits: Wardrobe stipend Search being led by a retained firm.
