Highland Palms Senior Estates is a Homeowner Association in a Senior Community. We are seeking a full time handyman / maintenance person. This is a permanent full time position of 40 hours per week. Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Ability to communicate well and follow written instructions. • Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment! • Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities: • Cleaning includes: power washing, dusting, polishing, disposing of trash, and other duties as required. • Performing outdoor maintenance such as mowing, trimming shrubbery, pulling weeds, picking up debris, applying pesticides, cleaning gutters, and other related tasks. • Operating various types of cleaning equipment and safe handling and disposing of chemicals and cleaning products. • Performs other work as required in support of general maintenance activity. • Paint parking lot stripes and Handicap areas. Paint interior walls, Power wash exterior walls and solar panels. Power wash around swimming pool or other grounds. • Climb ladders to change lighting, • Following all procedures and safety protocols/regulations, including OSHA standards/regulations.
