Based out of Buford/Sugar Hill, we (bassist and guitarist) are seeking musicians for a new band, influenced by some of Mike Patton's work, Morphine, and David Bowie's Blackstar album-- a collision of jazz and rock. Willing to consider a range of musical directions. The right vocalist will help shape the direction of the band. Looking primarily for a vocalist, a drummer, and a keyboardist, with possible interest in other instruments. Goals include some local/regional live shows; not looking to conquer the planet. Mostly covers, but reimagined in a different style; interested in some modest songwriting and recording as well. If interested, we would like to hear some type of recording from you, especially if you're a singer. Your recordings don't have to be professional/state-of-the-art (ours certainly aren't); mostly, we need to know that you have some range and can sing in key before proceeding.
