Skilled Warehouse- Desire to Grow We Train  Willing to Work Hard –MOVE UP FAST   Is your current job not what you thought ? Not getting enough hours Want to be Machine Operator or forklift driver some day! You can Start, come let us train YOU..    Start on the loading dock Monday-Friday  Shift: 6AM-4:30PM 2PM-Midnight 9PM- 4AM    We Can train after 4 weeks move you up to another department  INCREASE IN PAY EVERY 30 DAY  Schedule:  All candidates will start on a day shift (8AM start time) but do have options to move into a later swing shift (12PM or 2PM) once training is completed. Shifts all run 8-10 hours per day. We do ask candidates to work an occasional half-day on Saturday (8AM-12PM) when needed. Overtime is paid after 8 hours.    Position Summary:  Our product handler positions are the heart of our manufacturing plant. These positions are responsible for receiving, moving, loading products and looking for defects before shipped.    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  Loading, by hand and working as a team is number one!  Operate a forklift, pallet rider or other equipment to move product around to the correct location within our yard.  Maintain a clean and orderly work area.  Inspects trailers for proper loading procedures.  Ensure that all orders are accurately loaded and are put away in the correct location.    Requirements:  Mechanically inclined is highly desirable, but not required  Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds  Perform other tasks as defined and requested by Management and/or other members of Leadership    Benefits (After Probation):  Competitive compensation and bonus  Tuition reimbursement  401k plan with a company match.  Company paid short term disability and employer subsidized long term disability  Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision  Retirement Plan  Paid Holidays  Strong Safety Program
