Looking for Experienced Handy Person! YOU MUST WANT TO WORK! Repairs Maintenance and rehab of MH Rentals MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS! (CORDLESS DRILL) ETC! MUST HAVE GOOD WORK ETHIC! Bi-Lingual a plus but not required! Examples of work! Plumbing: repair or replace or install faucets, repair broken pipes, hot water tanks, toilets. Electrical: replace or install power switches, wall outlets, or replace light fixture. Drywall: fix holes or replace ceiling or walls with either drywall or luan Framing: reframe windows or flooring. Replace glass for windows Preventative maintenance and seasonal maintenance. i.e., clean and service window units.
