Help Wanted Assistant needed for a busy home improvement, home builder and property management company. This position is full time with room to learn and grow. The details: - You must be able to perform a variety of jobs: heavy lifting, carpentry, furniture assembly, tv mounting, painting, drywall, wall compounding, property cleanup and maintenance. - Are able to perform a variety of tasks independently (based on experience) - Have all your own hand tools and power tools that you use daily. Tools must be presented at interview Basic hand tool required; screw drivers, tape measure, utility knife, pliers, hammers, pry bar, level, impact driver l, drill with extra batteries, drill bits. Requirements: •Clean cut and groomed as we are working in occupied homes and office/retail establishments •Drivers license •Social Security # and authorized to work •Must be able to speak English •Own transportation to the office Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5. We work in Rockland-Westchester-Bergen County Salary; $15-30 per hour depending on experience.
