Essential Job Functions: • No experience with Crafts or Skills, must be willing to be trained. • Assist Craftsman in non-skilled task, Holding, Handing, Grinding, Cutting Materials. • Cleaning and Organizing. • Observing skilled task. • Excellent Attendance. • Excellent Safety Rating. • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. • Work from heights • Work in confined spaces • Work in hot temperatures • Work in cold temperatures • Enough clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively. • Enough vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to investigations. • Enough personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform duties and travel when necessary, to off-site locations, such as twisting, turning, bending, stretching, reaching and awkward positions. • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must be able to travel. • Must be willing to work extended hours with little to no advanced notice including night shift, weekends & holidays. • Must be able to pass all required safety classes. • Must be able to pass a Pulmonary function test & fit test. Applicable Crafts Associated with Grades and Classes: • Fiberglass • Thermoplastics • Coatings • Linings - Rubber etc. • Pre-Cast Trenching • Sand Blasting • Leak Repair • Pipe Fitter • Machinist • Maintenance • Warehousing Applicable Skills Associated with Grades and Classes: • Cutting and Applying Materials • Craft Helper, Assisting • Tool and Equipment, Safe Handling and Operating • Documentation, Writing and Understanding • Chemical, Safe Handling and Applying • Bolt Up, Understanding and Executing • Defect, Understanding and Repair • Dimensional, Reading and Executing • Instruction and Specification, Understanding and Executing • Inspection and Testing, Understanding and Executing • Machinery, Safe Handling and Operating • Pipe Fitting, Understanding and Executing All employees are expected and required to observe and fulfill all safety responsibilities, and actively work toward maintaining a safe workplace.
