We are searching for reliable General Labor skilled in Siding, Fence, Painting, Landscaping, Basic Construction and Home Improvement to provide general home services to our customers in our community area. Looking for individuals willing to provide honest, safe and high quality general labor. Rate of pay ranges from $12.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour depending on experience. Some bonuses per project for quality work and finishing ahead of time. Paid weekly or at end of project, whichever is sooner! You may be paid more than once per week if completing quality projects within the same work week. Make an honest effort and do quality work. The appropriate candidate for the General Labor position will be proficient in miscellaneous around the house type repairs like siding, framing, carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting and basic electrical, fencing, landscaping, painting, etc. Mainly looking for general labor and candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply if you need some pay this week. If you are a licensed tradesman or crew leader, or have a small work crew, you may qualify for higher pay and a foreman lead role. Preferred candidates will need a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools. You will be paid more if you have tools and a truck, work van, or work trailer. We are actively hiring for this position and you can start within a couple of days for immediate work and paid by the end of the week or within a day if the project is only a one day job. Must have tax ID # and if applicable 1099 issued to worker.
