We're looking for hardworking, team oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our second shift cleaning and maintenance team. Hours are from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, M-F. No experience? Not a problem! Paid training! Have something you are not proud of in your past? We are a second chance employer, backgrounds do not matter to us! Tired of the seasonal work? In this position you will: *Maintain a safe working environment utilizing Lockout/Tagout & Fall Protection training & procedures. *Remove material from catwalks, near support posts, conveyor belt bearings, ect. *Remove material from an industrial metal shredder. *Assist in maintenance tasks. *Learn how to perform basic maintenance on industrial equipment & conveyors. *Grease bearings. *Other duties as assigned. In return, we provide: *Paid/on the job training. *Use of all required PPE minus leather steel-toed boots. *Wage increases based on attendance & work ethic. *Scheduled weekly overtime after 40 hours, scheduled 50 hours, more available. *Other opportunities depending on current openings in our other five departments. *Paid holidays & health insurance on 90 days. *401k with 3% company match, dollar for dollar after a year.
