Looking for a Licensed Contractor to work on a few modifications to the house:
- Build a Deck off of the master bedroom over the back yard.
- Build a bump-out / Bay Window in the Master Bedroom.
- Build a bump-out in living room
- Repair/Replace Glass sliding door going to the exterior the house
- Build a couple walls in various spots within the house
- Convert pantry to a standup laundry area
- Convert basement systems closet into a small kitchenette (sink and countertop)
- Layout gravel and a walkway at the front lawn and backyard.
- modification to the fence
I will be around the house on Saturday and would love to show you what I have in mind.
