Remove old lawn with a sod cutter

Looking for someone to remove my front yard lawn, that can run a sod cutter and also has the capability to haul away the old sod. If you happen to have a sod cutter that would be great, if not, I can rent one from Home Depot. The sod cutter is too heavy to lift so I'd need someone who can haul the sod cutter to the house. You'd need a truck or small trailer with a ramp in order to load and unload. The lawn is about 1500 square feet. Can pay $30 per hour for your labor. Located in Greeley.
