Looking for a few guys to join our crew. We travel the east coast and build custom steel houses. Looking for guys who are looking for a career and not a job. This is not a position for someone who doesn’t like to work hard. You must be a badass. The pay is based on experience but these buildings are all generally put together the same. (Easy to learn). You can earn a raise monthly. When we are on a job I rent a Airbnb, usually something halfway nice. Try to stay out of hotels when possible. Pay is weekly $15-$30 per hour. Looking to train someone to run a crew. If you are motivated and retain the things you learn you could do very well. Drivers license and experience driving trucks and trailers a plus. Tool bag and impact would be the only tools you need. Experience with scissor and man lifts is a plus. I will be leaving Monroe on Friday to finish a building in Tennessee then the next one is in Fort Myers Fl. M-F is required weekends are optional. Willing to work with the family guys that need to drive or fly back and forth to take care of the family. Leave your number and I will contact you
