Seeking collaborator for a noise rock band

i'd like to start a new group to play some free noise punk music that is dissonant, noisy, groovy, loud, almost hallucinogenic, but always fun to dance to. i guess references for what i have in mind are captain beefheart and the magic band, the jesus lizard, daughters, gilla band (fka girl band), meshuggah (minus all of the complexity), guerilla toss, maybe even talking heads, james chance & the contortions, i play guitar, so ideally i'd love to collaborate with a bassist, drummer, and vocalist. but if this description makes sense to you in any way, i'd love to talk! i've played in and currently play in other bands, and would be more than happy to share some of my music (even though none of it really sounds like what i have in mind for this project).
