Reyes Coca-Cola is Hiring Merchandisers in Eau Claire, WIStart at $17.95/Hour & $3,000 Sign-On BonusBenefits: Start at $17.95/hour$3,000 sign on bonusMileage reimbursementIndependent work environmentSummer seasonal position options available!Competitive wagesGrowth and development opportunitiesFull line of benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, etc.Paid holidays & sick time401(k) plan with 5% Company matchCompany provided uniforms and safety shoe reimbursementVendor Discounts, such as cell phone, hotel/rental carsPosition Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited to:Accurate collection of company assets to include payments, empty kegs, carts, pallets, etcOperate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional mannerRotate delivered products in a customer’s place of business to ensure product freshnessAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, ability to write simple correspondenceAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationAbility to effectively communicate with the shift supervisor, co-workers and other departments on work-related issues in a timely mannerOther projects or duties as assignedPosition Responsibilities:Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck); utilizing hand tools, replenishing, facing and rotating product; building, changing and taking down product displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space; and securing damaged or defective product. Manages backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product).Identifying, monitoring, and reporting backstock inventory levels.Perform all other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:High school diploma or GEDA candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirementsMust have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid drivers license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state lawMust be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basisThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
