Church looking to hire a part-time sound person/engineer

Hey there! We are Reach Church here in Largo, Florida looking to hire someone to run sound on Sundays. Our services are at 10:30am and last about an hour and 15 minutes. My name is Jake and I'm the full-time Worship Pastor and also play keys. We have a full band and use Multitracks and IEMs with Avioms for the stage. I need someone who is knowledgeable in all things sound to run the FOH. We have an analog Allen & Heath board that sounds pretty good, just need someone to run it. It would be $50 a week to start out. I know this isn't much but we have to start somewhere. We average around 50 that attend on Sundays and are growing! We relaunched the church a year ago.
