Beware: If you are looking to place your cat please check out first anyone who wants to take it. If they claim to be a rescue look it up online to see if your cat will actually be in a legitimate rescue and not a hoarder. Just because they show you paper work or tell you they are going up for adoption doesn't mean it's true. Make sure your cat is going to a real home and not locked in a cage. I know of this to be true of cats who have been locked in cages since Covid with no exercise or sunlight. MO. Dept of Agricultural has very liberal laws for these cruel people who either don't care or have mental issues.
