Description: The Warehouse Team Lead will oversee and participate in the day-to-day operation and manage the team members so all the daily assignments are completed efficiently, accurately and on time. Key responsibilities: - Plan and participate in the warehouse inbound and outbound operations and activities to ensure effective and accurate workflow - Oversees, guides and train team on daily objectives and tasks and resolves routine issues - Unload containers and verify shipping/receiving documents, labels, PO/SKU/item identifying and reporting discrepancies to supervisor - Prioritize workload together with supervisor - Assist in the picking tasks - Identify workflow issues and advises supervisor - Use systems, tools and processes to maintain product quality, operating efficiencies and inventory integrity - Guarantee inventory accuracy - Oversees and participate in the reverse logistics and damaged goods process - Participate in the implementation of new handheld equipment - Observe and inspect team compliance with policies and procedures - Guarantee a safe, clean and organized equipment and facility Requirements - 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience - Previous experience as team lead - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills - Forklift certification required - Work overtime if needed - Weekend availability CONTACT: [email protected] or [email protected]
