Price of rent and gas gotten you down, are you not appreciated for the work you do? We are now hiring for an asst. manager at our 43-unit motel in Spokane. Starting wage of $15.00 per hour + if hired you will be offered a very nice 1-bedroom apartment on site for only $700 per month (small deposit required, rent can be deducted from pay if you like). PLUS, all utilities are included, even cable, laundry and wi-fi. Just think no commute to work. You will be scheduled for 40 hours a week (2 days off per week), scheduled hours will be between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. if you work over 40 hours you will be paid overtime. Duties will be maintenance (painting, parking lot cleaning, wall washing, snow removal, minor plumbing and minor electrical) approx. 20 hours per week, housekeeping (laundry, cleaning rooms) approx. 15 hours per week, office (renting rooms) approx. 5 hours per week, plus other tasks that happen around a motel.
