I am remodeling two houses in Ormond by the sea and need a detail oriented good painter for both interior and exterior work. It would be nice if the painter has basic carpentry skills as we have repairs to make on both remodel exteriors prior to painting Also need a helper to help install vinyl plank flooring and trim Pay is cash, Venmo, Zelle or cash app daily. I pay 14 an hour cash the first two days and once see that your skilled and work at a good pace and reliable I will bump you up to 18 after the second day. I need someone who can start immediately. Clean cut no drugs. No violent felonies
