Greetings, pic is an idea of type of work repair needed. Its fix already. plz be open to things in need. Im looking for a Handyman for Geneva location. You would be jack of all master of none or master of one. Repair this, fix that electrical & plumbing expierence. Dont quite your day job this is to assist when needed as items pop up to be addressed. Im not looking for rehabers or re model persons. Im looking for very very acceptable rates that you would ask for compensation. I like to pay by the issue of job not hourly. I am requesting a few pics of any work you have done as well as 2 references. Important, I need reasonable job quotes. Work with me Im on a budget and recently had a reduction in income but I can compensate guaranteed. plz reply if you feel you can assist. I currently have a couple of jobs. 1 is immediately needed.
