Please help have a sick puppy

I have a sick Chihuahua puppy that needs help. He's been throwing up a lot and is very lethargic. He still eats and drinks but his poo is pretty soft I can't afford what the vet quoted to help. The neighbor's dog just died of an he was playing with her the other day. He got his first set of vaccines about a week and a half ago though but I know that doesn't make him immune yet. Im looking for anyone who's had experience with the disease. I'm also looking for any dog antibiotics someone may have that I can buy or have.
