Need Expierenced Fish Person For Sick Guppy

I have 1 male guppy survivor my 2 shrimp and female guppy died. The females belly was bloated and the males tail was falling apart. I'm new to owning fish so I wasn't sure what to do. I attached pics of all the stuff I bought him and I give him on a daily basis. I don't think he's cured cuz everytime I stop the medicines his tail gets worse. Last time I stopped his tail split all the way in two. After starting the meds again it has gotten better. It's not all the way healed but its not split anymore. I'm not sure if he's struggling because his tank is only 1 gallon. I'd like to adopt him to someone with expierence healing sick fish. There is a $20 rehoming fee he will come with his 1 gallon tank, air bubbler stone and tubing (but not the air pump), a water pump, and the decorations you see in the pictures, plus all his medicines, food flakes, and dried blood worms. If youre interested in any other fish supplies i can show you what else I have.
