Seeking experienced (and possibly some neophyte) roofing estimators/salespeople with truck and ladder to work for an exciting Virginia roofing company. With locations around the state, we are seeking to expand our team with professional, competent, polite roofing estimators who are capable of driving to appointments with homeowners in order to provide estimates, show product samples, answer questions, and hopefully get contracts signed so our crews can get to work! Sometimes this requires getting on the roof, and sometimes it doesn't. You must have a pleasant demeanor so that customers like you, and you must also be able to demonstrate your knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior elements of houses and businesses. We can provide leads and appointments when they come in, but we also expect you to be a proactive lead generator so that you are willing to approach homeowners and knock on their door when you are in a neighborhood and can see they are a good candidate for a new roof. Pay is commission only, calculated as a percentage of the profit in the job. Commission is based on performance, and we seek to pay you well so that you are happy and continue to work hard for us to improve our reputation. Your customers should be consistently writing great reviews about you, and referring their friends, family, and neighbors to our company after a job well done. One reason you would want to work for our company in particular is because we are here to support you in every way we can using our technology. We are not just trying to leave you out there alone to fend for yourself. We want to make your life easier.
