This guy wants you to join his improve jam. You better respond to his email or he will keep emailing you to respond to him. You will need to provide EVERYTHING except your social security number. well, I don't know he will probably ask for that after you would join his improve jam. the list of requirements this guy has will make you think this improve jam is run by Epic records or some major thing. absolutely ridiculous for an unpaid gig. not to mention if you submit anything to him he will keep asking you to submit it again and again.
