Looking for a motivated person that can tackle everyday resposibility of maintenance duty of a residential high rise property. You will be working with the building super and another porter. Job consist of basic maintenace such as sweeping, moping, waxing floors, snow removal, garbage collecting etc. Must be able to work 40 hours per week. Must be able to lift 75lbs.
