Job Description: Displays Wicked Clean's Core Values: Dependability, Mental Toughness, Execution, Teamwork & Discipline; on a daily basis Is Motivated to learn best practices of all services Wicked Clean offers (Power Washing, Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning) as well as all company standards and practices; Is able to work effectively and efficiently, able to follow our processes and systems and can take direction and coaching from management; Represents the company in a highly positive & professional manner; Provides the highest level of service to our clients; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; Maintain a clean and professional appearance; Ability to safely move, set up, and work on 24’ & 32’ extension ladders quickly and efficiently; Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently; Stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day; Must have a valid driver's license in good standing Compensation is based on relevant experience (Lead Technicians vs. regular Technicians). Wicked Clean offers a benefits package including health and dental insurance, as well as PTO (paid time off). Employees are eligible for benefits after the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
