Full-Time Seasonal Grounds for Property Management Company May 2022 through October 2022. We are looking for a reliable, honest and dependable adult who enjoys working outdoors! Duties include (but not limited to) Mowing, trimming, collecting and removing trash, tending flower beds, painting, routine repairs to fences, gates, mowers, trimmers etc. Responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the property with attention to details. Motivated and a self-starter, able to work alone without full-time supervision and still get the job done timely. * Must be have experience in lawn care and be able to drive a zero turn mower. * Must meet physical requirements of the position such as: climbing ladders & stairs, walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting, bending and lifting. *Maintain a professional appearance and be able to communicate effectively with management, co-workers and residents. * Available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM preferred. *Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. * Dependable transportation with a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record. ********MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK NO WALK-INS PLEASE ---- PLEASE REPLY with the following information: Resume or back work history Desired starting pay Available work schedule (days and times) Available "start" date Contact Phone Number Serious inquiry only---
