This Gig is being offered from a Real estate investment company! We purchase properties All over Florida and need someone in the Escambia county area. This Gig is to meet with our Potential sellers at their properties, take some photos and present a purchase agreement if applicable. Might also require additional services such as lockbox & or meeting a notary to be a witness. -Must have Reliable transportation -Must be punctual or 5 minutes early -Must be Clean & Presentable (slacks, Jeans, collard shirt, dress shoes) -Must have a reliable camera & phone -Ideally have basic use of google drive & Icloud -Ability to Re-Direct any questions to manager that you don't know the answers to.
