No experience necessary. We are looking for an energetic go-getter who isn’t afraid of hard work, who wants to grow with the company and who sees his/her contribution as a career more than just a job. This person will become a key component in our business and will be trained on all aspects of the position. No prior experience with closet construction or window coverings is required, however, you must have excellent people skills, and be able and willing to work. Most weeks you will work Monday-Thursday 7:30 to around 5:30 with Fridays off! Most major holiday are paid time off, and after 6 months paid vacation is included. The schedule can be flexible, allowing you to catch your kid's games, concerts, and other activities. We believe family is important! We are looking for a candidate that will show up on time, work hard, maintain a great attitude, and is more than willing to work extra hours when necessary. If you have experience pulling a trailer that would be helpful. You will need to be able to read a tape measure, and use saws and drills accurately. Lifting 75+ pounds happens on a weekly basis. I would prefer that applicants live in the Florence/Stevensville/Victor area as that is where the shop is located, and each day begins at the shop. Must have valid drivers license. Experience pulling trailers is helpful, but not necessary.
