Hello, thank you for your interest. We are extremely excited for this upcoming year and expanding operations, we are currently building crews for our DC based projects. We are mainly focused in NE/NW. We are a new full-service construction company. We rebuild old town houses from the foundation to the last door stop. As a skilled laborer we are looking for well-rounded individual that is familiar with most phases of construction. Self-starters that can absorb simple instruction and execute in a timely manner. All employees applying should - Have reliable transportation - Cellphone - Ability to accurately use/read tape measure - Ability to stand extended periods of time - Ability to do continuous labor in all forms - Minimum 3 years of continuous construction experience in any trade - MANDATORY Basic tool set that should consist of : Tape measurer Impact gun Hammer - No felonies within the last 5 years. - Must have proper work attire: Work boots T-shirt Jeans or khakis We have several builds going on currently that are at different stages, some are in deconstruction others are in final punch out.
