We are seeking an experienced and skilled property management service tech to join our team. If you have the following, then we are looking for you. 1. Skilled in plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, HVAC repair/ trouble shooting including turnovers. 2. Strong work ethic and able to multi task and at times work under pressure. 3. Appliance repairs and be able transport appliances from one point to another, including install or hook up. 4. Dependable and have outstanding time management. 5. Owns personal tools and able to utilize plumbing machines. 6. Prioritize Emergency Repairs/Able to take after hours on-call services every other week (2 weeks a month). 7. Outstanding customer service, able to meet deadlines and great time management. 8. Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.
