Description
Private landlords needed to partner with agency to house individuals and families and prevent homelessness for those at imminent risk due to a housing crisis.
This is NOT a voucher program.
Families will be provided with financial assistance and case management.
Benefits to the landlord:
1. On time monthly rent payments.
2. Case managers to address any issues with client.
3. Home visits by case managers to ensure property is kept to landlord’s expectations.
