Nice place but it comes with it's issues... There are a number of people like 5 who insist in walking in the street, which in fact there are laws against, at Jessica lane in the Silver Spring Community. This is so stupid even dogs don't do it... Yet get irate about the cars driving legally on that same road. The police should drive by once in awhile to check and fine lawbreakers because they learn to become dangerous criminals so to nip this in the bud police should enforce the laws at this neighborhood. But they don't and people will suffer from the lack of support from law officials...wow. Criminals don't win they delay their demise, someone is going to accidentally hit one of these J Walkers and their lives will be changed forever, and not in a good way as well.
