Elderly female pomeranian

I have an elderly black female pomeranian I am looking to rehome. I am unsure of age because she was found as a stray and no one ever claimed her. She's good with all other animals and is fully housebroken. She does require soft food because she doesn't have very many teeth left. The reason for rehoming is because I never gad intentions of keeping her but it's mostly because I have younger dogs and she tends to get trampled. She also hides alot.
