New to Yoga? Lulu's Barn is the perfect place to begin or begin your practice!
New to yoga and want to know how to begin? Or are you returning to your practice and need a place to begin again? Yoga for Beginners starts with a 30-minute introduction to yoga; how to begin a yoga practice, what you need to practice yoga, different types of yoga, etc…. Then, we’ll get on our mats for 40 minutes and learn about foundational yoga poses and sequencing. The remaining 20 minutes will be for Q and A. The goal is to help you feel more confident, relaxed, and prepared to begin your yoga practice! This class is 90 minutes.
