As women, we spend so much time caring for others and running around like chickens with our heads cut off! Life can be stressful and it's so hard to set aside time for yourself. But in order to be the best version of ourselves, we need to prioritize US! Give yourself permission to come enjoy a few hours of down time with your besties and meet some other cool gals in the Fox Valley - you deserve it! From 11-1 we'll be offering chair massage, essential oil make and takes, a supplement bar, snacks, clean crafted adult beverages, and some sweet treats! From 1-2, we will be doing a restorative yoga class! This is all included in your ticket price! There will also be vendors from 11-1 that you can check out while you're hanging with your gals!
