This class features how to make a Key Lime Pie featuring a graham cracker crust pie shell
Chef Gina will share her technique and recipe for making Key Lime pie.
Also learn about the different ways to prepare real whipped cream and how to stabilize it and embellish your pie using a pastry bag and tips.
While the pies are setting up, we will work as a team to clean up.
The cost is $35 per person. Each will make and take home a 9" pie, the recipes and a whole lot of memories!
