Join Chef Tanya as she shares her expertise in making pasta from scratch. Chef Tanya Eland has been conducting pasta making classes for children and adults at the Flour Pot Kitchen. You will see a demonstration as to how to mix the ingredients for the dough balls. Then, previously prepared dough will be available for participants to use the pasta rolling equipment. Take home what you make. Finally, you'll learn how to make a quick and easy red sauce. The smell is so good! Everyone will feast on a plate of fresh pasta with sauce before heading home. The cost is $35 per person and includes all ingredients, instruction, sampling, and the recipes. Space will be limited to 8 people.
