Ukrainian Solidarity Film Screening and Discussion at Turner Hall Wisconsin Ukrainians and the Milwaukee Turners invite you to join us for a Ukrainian Solidarity screening of Homeward (2019), the feature debut of Ukrainian director Nariman Aliev. Click here to watch a trailer and learn more about the film, screened at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. Doors open at 6 PM in the Palm Garden at Turner Hall (1034 N Vel R Phillips Ave). Concessions and Ukrainian-themed merchandise will be available for purchase. Film screening will begin at 6:30 PM, and will be followed by discussion on the situation for Ukrainians today and how we can best support the people of Ukraine and Wisconsin Ukrainians. Suggested donation is $20 - donations support the people of Ukraine via Wisconsin Ukrainians. $0/pay what you wish tickets also available, or you can donate on Venmo @wisconsinukrainians.
