A two-hour workshop for adults 18+ who desire a healthier view of themselves to work toward creating a healthy body image.
The workshop is led from a body-acceptance perspective with the goal of helping you find peace with your body. When we stop fighting our bodies, we gain the freedom to find joy in movement, feel comfort in our own skin, and remain present in our everyday experiences.
You will work toward creating a healthy body image while discussing topics like body neutrality, media and cultural norms, mindfulness, healthy role models, self-compassion, and body wisdom.

- Not appropriate for those with a current eating disorder.
