GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY FOR BE A GEM CROSSING Hello Friends, North 10 Philadelphia invites you to join us and our community neighbors on Wednesday, June 8th as we break ground on Be a Gem Crossing, a new 68,000-square-foot, mixed-use development that consists of 41 units of affordable housing on the site of the former Liberty Motel at Germantown Avenue and Westmoreland Street.
