A celebration just for you - our healthcare champions. Join CTC-RI/PCMH Kids as we spend the evening - celebrating YOU. This exciting affair will be a celebration of our healthcare champions – 3 cohorts of PCMH Kids thus concluding the contract, participants from this year’s CTC-RI learning collaboratives, and all of our important and valued partners! Narragansett Brewery offers a wide-open, safe environment with outdoor patio and indoor space open to the Providence River. With plenty of parking and a wonderful view of India Point Park and the waterfront, the evening promises to be a great time to network, honor all of the accomplishments from the past 2 years, and catch up with friends, both old and new! We look forward to spending a casual night with you, while enjoying light appetizers and beverages including 2 free tickets for beer, non-alcoholic beverages or soft drinks. Please register for this free event by June 10 as the number of participants will be limited to 200 people.
