Come celebrate freedom and BLACK 'AYEE'cellence with this 2022 Juneteenth Pool Party hosted by Cola and Meka! Juneteenth – also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation, Juneteenth, which marks the end of slavery in the U.S. and commemorates African-American freedom, is observed on June 19th. Cola & Meka invites you to celebrate freedom and BLACK 'AYEE'cellence at their Juneteenth Pool Party hosted on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at the Clubhouse of the Reserve at Pradera (TRAP), in Riverview, FL starting at 2pm. Donations start at $5 (Pre-sale up until May 25th) then it's $10 and will go up to $20 on-site. A percentage of the proceeds with be donated to Citrus Family Care Network's 'Black Tie & Sneakers Ball'. Citrus FCN manages foster care and related services including child abuse prevention and intervention, intake, foster care placement, foster parent recruitment and licensing, adoptions, and services for youth who have aged out of foster care. Your donation will benefit their teens, ages 13-17, who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, and are in the child welfare and foster care system of care through no fault of their own.
