Completes landscape maintenance duties, such a mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing off hard surfaces, spraying weeds, hand-pulling weeds, and debris removal. 2. Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment. 3. Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting the company productivity targets. 4. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, tractors, trucks, and backpack sprayers. 5. If approved as a driver, safely operates vehicles such as trucks and trailer combinations. 6. Communicates client’s concerns to the team leader or management. 7. Assists operations manager with route and job organization, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available. 8. Cares for equipment and notifies management of needed repairs. 9. Applies chemicals under the direction of management. 10. Helps with installations of new plantings. 11. Help w/ outdoor maintenance as needed.
