Brittany loves the healing aspects of yoga, mending your body from the inside out. We are always healing and yoga has proven to be a powerful tool in combating the traumas in life. After many years of yoga practice she went on to complete a 200hr Yoga Training and 20hr Yin Yoga Certification. With over 5 years teaching art classes, Brittany became increasingly interested in the healing aspects art has to offer and completed a Therapeutic Art Certification. Over the years, yoga and art have deeply enriched her life. Brittany is delighted to help others find the same joy and soul renewal that her practice has brought her. Brittany’s background in art paired with her love for teaching create a warm and inviting atmosphere you will notice when you meet her. Brittany's other passions in life include camping, kayaking, hiking, painting, playing the piano, stargazing and dancing around a campfire.
