Become a real estate videographer/photographer. Take a 2- 5 minute video and 5-10 pictures of the property on your phone, verify property details, and make $50 bucks per property. Process is 20 minutes and should not take more than 30minutes per property. As soon as the videos/photos are uploaded to google drive, verified good quality, you will be paid for your services immediately. The majority of properties are in Shreveport. Locations further out will be more to compensate for gas. This is an on-going position, with opportunities increasing. Prefer and Iphone User Would need to pass a background check Need reliable transportation Have some flexibility to look at properties days or weekends Must be comfortable going inside an occupied or unoccupied home.
