Interested in being a Table Host for our event but don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered! Below you will find all the information about our upcoming event and what it looks like to be a table host. What is the event? Empowered International will be hosting a private event to inform our friends and family about what God is doing with Empowered and what the future looks like for us. We have some exciting things coming this year and this will be a great opportunity for our community to donate and help fund these exciting projects coming. What is a table host and what are my responsibilities? We’re glad you asked! Being a table host means that you are committing to fill your table of six, including yourself, with friends and/or family that you think would be interested in hearing more about what Empowered is doing and will donate and pray for our team and projects. Do I need to pay for the event? Nope! The event is free for both yourself and your guests you plan to invite! When is the event and where is it? 
Sunday, July 10th 2022. It will be held at The Paper Mill on the Landing downtown Fort Wayne. The exact address is on your invitation as well. Is this an exclusive event or open to the public? Strictly exclusive. People attending this event will either have been asked to be a table host like yourself or will need to have been invited by a table host! If I’m asked to be a table host, does that automatically mean my spouse is invited too? Your choice! We would love for your spouse to attend this event if they are interested, up to you. Please indicate when Registering for the event by claiming one (1) ticket if you will be attending alone or two (2) tickets if you will be joined by your spouse as well. How many people do I need to fill my table with? Every table will hold six guests, including yourself. Please invite 5 other friends and/or family to the event if you are attending alone. If you are attending with your spouse, please invite 4 other individuals. I would love to invite more than 4 guests, what do I do? You are welcome to host another table! Depending on numbers, we can’t guarantee everyone can host 2 tables. If you are interested, please reach out to Millie at [email protected] or cell at 260.760.4029 Can I bring my kids? We love your kids, but please keep them at home for this event! Thank you! Is this event 21 and over only? Nope! But keep in mind we will be raising money for our upcoming projects and exciting things this year at this event. Will we be eating at this event? Yes, we will be providing refreshments and dinner for the evening. However we will be unable to provide allergy restrictive options! What time is the event and how long will it last? 
 The event starts at 5:30 PM and will last around 2 hours. Don’t worry, we know you have jobs to work the next morning so we won’t be keeping you late! Where do I park? There is always free street parking on the weekends! If you would prefer a garage, there is a parking garage directly across The Landing downtown that you are eligible to park in for that evening as well. It takes CARD ONLY. What should I wear? 
 Business casual! How will my guests that I invite register & learn more for the event? We’ve got you covered! Once you commit to hosting a table, we will email and text you an outline of what to say to your guests with all the information needed. You can copy and paste that exact message to your guests or add your own thoughts onto it as well. We will also be including a link to where they can register for this event. I think I want to be a table host, but I need some time to think about it. When do you need to know by? No worries, we understand you might need to plan and chat with your family! The final date to commit to hosting a table will be Friday, May 27. This is the last possible date that we are accepting answers so please try and let us know ASAP if you can! If we do not hear from you by that date we are assuming you cannot attend. I’m ready to be a table host, what’s my next step? Yay!
