Join us for an opportunity to tour some Resident-Owned Communities (ROC) in the Seacoast. Please join us on Thursday, June 16 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to tour some of our Resident-Owned Communities (ROCs) in the Seacoast. Join the NH Community Loan Fund and Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast as we explore a housing option that works via a guided bus tour. New Hampshire is facing a shortage of housing attainable to our workforce. This is a unique opportunity to explore one of New Hampshire’s greatest success stories: resident-owned manufactured home communities. We will stop at multiple resident owned communities, hear from residents, and learn from experts in the field as attendees learn more about this unique housing option. After the bus tour, attendees are welcome to gather for a happy hour to continue informal discussion and dialogue. Please note that masks will not be required, but we will have KN95 masks available for anyone that would like one.
