Mardi Gras Style Dinner and Wine Pairing The wine pairing dinner we did in March for Mardi Gras was during spring break. So, many of you missed the dinner because you were out of town. We loved the menu so much that I wanted to do it again! The food and wine combination was absolutely over the top! You get 5 courses each paired with a specific Appolo Vineyards wine. - Vichyssoise paired with Besties (Chardonnay) - Crab Cake paired with China Girl (Rosé of Chambourcin) - Jambalaya paired with Bee Wild 2020 (Local sparkling blend) - Ravani w/ Red Peppers & Seafood* paired with Brianna 2021 (Local white wine) *Vegetarian Option Available - Beignet  paired with Panther (Rosé blend Pet Nat) $100 per person plus tax. Pay a deposit now, the remainder will be paid at the restaurant.
