I recently purchased a commercial, corner lot and would like to clean up the property by removing weeds and shrubs and potholes. This lot is about 2/3 of an acre, all dirt (no pavement), and most of the weeds are on about 1/3 of an acre (closest to the river). I'd like to mow all the weeds for starters and remove some shrubs. And, I believe that a tiller may be good to use on most of this property to level off the dirt. There are many potholes on it.
If you are able to do this kind of work, please let me know. If you have the equipment to do the work, that would be great. Otherwise, I can look for a place to rent the equipment from.
